Let me tell you through the story of this village girl that if our goal is small or big then even time will turn in our favor if we strive till the end. Without further delay let's go into the story.

This village girl's name is Divya. She was a first class student who was always active in school. Passed in 10th also with first class marks. Divya had a desire to do a job since childhood , but in that family, none of the girls do jobs because of the restrictions at home and gossip from the neighbors , the parents of the girls marry them off when they finish their education. She wants to become a working woman. Because seeing her, her sisters also try to become independent and her desire is to become an inspiration to them.

In order to achieve what she wanted, she quarreled with her parents at home and convinced them to complete her B.Tech and came to Hyderabad. Divya started job searching without fear even though there were no new acquaintances in the Hyderabad location. She used to go there in search of those locations where she knew that there were vacancies in any company. Remembering the questions asked in the interview and coming to the evening hostel, she searched all the questions that she could not answer and found the answers .

On one fine day she went to a company location for an interview. The line was very long and after standing in the line for two hours, the company said that the applications were closed. They said we have scheduled only 5000 people for today Divya was very sad to hear that. There was nothing else to do or she was returning with her friends, she suddenly remembered that she had another interview at the same time and immediately went to that company where the return test was conducted. After two days, She received an email saying that the return test was successful. Divya took the first step of success in her life. Preparations for the second round have also started and the schedule date for the second round has also arrived. Went to the company that day and there was a third party person who scheduled her first round. Divya was a little mischievous child who always used to roam around and that person called Divya and asked , have you prepared for the actual interview , do you know anything about the company , I will see how this job will actually get you. Divya , who was thinking of trying the job , took this interview as challenging. She wanted to get this job and show it to him. After giving a strong performance in the interview, She was selected and the offer letter was also given. He looked at Divya mockingly and received the offer letter from his hands. Seeing the happiness on Divya's face, he said that you just got the job, don’t get happy, laughed mischievously saying that the real story is ahead of her, Divya didn't understand anything and thought what would he do after the offer letter received. At the time when everything was happy, another problem came. That is, the company has given a condition that they should pay 10,000 for the job. Because they said that after the training Fees, there will be a final round with the manager and the job confirmation will be done only if selected. Hearing this, Divya remembered his words even though she had told her before , and went into confusion, not knowing what to do. Divya was surrounded by various thoughts like whether the company can be trusted or not , whether the job will come or not , whether the money will be wasted. On the otherhand, relatives and friends are pressuring her by saying that you are not in a situation to work, what is the need of it. But at that time Divya's father supported Divya. No matter who said, you should boldly step forward. Every girl's first courage is father and when he says, will Divya take a step back ? She paid the fee regardless of what anyone said.

Training has started in third party institute. Total 240 members four batches i.e. 60 people per batch were taught each technology. Here also he targeted Divya after looking at her mockingly. However, she ignored all these and successfully completed the training with concentration. Good marks in the assignment too. During this training period, she also attended other interviews and got another job to be on the safe side and kept the offer letter in hand. Here also the full training has been completed so the final interview has been scheduled for all those who have come for the training. Here too the gentleman targeted Divya. The interview will be conducted in four panels and it is planned to send the interviewer to the panel for 30 minutes. According to that, the person going to the interview was held and Divya, who had to go to another room, was sent to the panel which was interviewing with difficulty. Divya understood what was happening there but could not do anything. She went to the interview panel with one thought in her mind that she must win anyway. It is said that if our efforts are great, time will also come together. The interviewer asked Divya only one question, that is, explain what you have learned in the project. Divya has teaching skills since childhood and used to explain subjects to her juniors in schools and colleges. She explained the project very well with that experience. After completing the interview successfully, she came to the hostel. After 2 days she got a call from the company saying your selected. So she created an achievement in her life with that job.

Now she is working as a senior software engineer in one of the MNC company. Relatives are now giving respect and asking for guidance from her.Her cousins took this as an inspiration, who were completed their degree and is on job trails.
