Repentance (Struggles in Santhosh Life )

Repentance(Struggles in Santhosh's Life )

I am writing an incident that I saw in my friend’s life, a boy named Santosh is working as a graphic designer in Hyderabad. 8 years back Santosh's life started as a delivery boy, a network engineer a salesperson, a video editor, and finally settled in a company as a graphic designer cum video editor. Every day he goes to the office at 9:00 in the morning and comes back at 6:00 in the evening, eating and sleeping this is his routine life. One day Santosh went to see his father's farm in his own village. There were some laborers working there. When he saw those laborers, a thought started in Santosh's mind: I am no different from the laborers working here. He thought that I am sitting in AC from 9 in the morning to 6:00 in the evening and working like a laborer under one who is working on our farm without AC. I am working with technology and they are working in the soil. There is nothing more than that. Thinking that there is no difference, he finally came to a conclusion.

Our Parents and teachers in our school taught us the mentality to work under one person since childhood, but they could not teach us how to live as an owner. If we live, we should live to give jobs to four people or not to work under one person. He decided to start a business. The problem was that there was no one in his life to support him financially. Even if not, he saved some amount by doing a job he didn't like with the determination to start a business one day. At the same time, a friend came into his life, and Santosh got her support financially, he took some amount from his father, some amount from his friend, and some from his savings to buy a car. At that time, another friend of Santosh named Raju gave him an idea. One of my childhood friends will come to Hyderabad from Delhi to sell the cars on commission. From there, you should also bring a car that fits your budget. Santosh called Raju’s friend Rajini. Santhosh Talked to him, told him in detail about his dream, and asked him to get a good car. He also sent money. Rajini was obsessed with money and brought a bad car and gave it to Santosh. Realizing this, Santosh tried to convert the car into a transport car and put a driver in a company, but Santosh came to know that they were taking cars for transport only if they were less than 5 years old model. Santosh's car model has passed five years, so he was trying to let any company take the car. Finally, the car was placed in a company and Santosh felt happy that his business has started. A month passed, one morning Santosh got a call from the driver saying that the car stopped and wouldn't start. Santhosh thought there must be some small problem so he asked the driver to take the car to the mechanic shop. Santosh was shocked by the mechanic's words. The car engine had a problem due to the driver's negligence and said that it would cost 80,000. And when Santosh heard the words of the mechanic that he bought the car with a higher amount, he understood Rajini's deception.

With the hope of doing nothing else or doing business, he took the first-month profit amount on his car and some amount from his friend and get it repaired as a new car, He told the driver about all the precautions and sent it back to the company. All the problems were solved and he relaxed continuing his job. A week later Santosh got another call from the transport company complaining that your driver is misbehaving with a girl working in the company and that you should come to the company. Santosh immediately went to the company and after talking to them, Santosh understood that the problem was very big, because of the fault on the driver's side, Santosh could not say anything there. The supervisors in the company removed the driver from the job and took his mobile and told him to collect it after 3 days. Still, Santhosh could not do anything and took the driver to his room. The driver has a one-year-old son and he used to talk to him every day. Now the driver does not have his phone with him, so the driver has no chance to talk to his son. He kept crying as the house owner was also bothering him that he did not pay the rent for the room, he was suffering from hell for three days without a chance to talk to his Son.

The driver is spending every hour like an age, hiding the desire to talk to his Son in his heart, regretting his mistake as if he was losing his life. Santosh is moved to see the pain of the driver. He saw a father’s agony of his Son and decides to do something. Three days passed and Santosh got a call from the company and took the driver to the company. All the supervisors saw the driver and shouted loudly that we should file a complaint and send it to the police station. Seeing all this, Santhosh took a step forward and said to all present, "I have a request to all of you, listen to me for a couple of minutes. You have punished him for his mistake. I have kept him in my room for these two days. Even a hanged prisoner suffers from the pain of hanging for ten minutes but he has been enduring such pain for three days. What could be a greater punishment for him? He is standing in front of you with remorse knowing his wrongdoing. The characteristic of the best is to help when the enemy asks for help. Think once and give your decision. Santosh said what he wanted to say that he will definitely follow the decision and went aside. After listening to Santosh's words, the supervisor thought and gave Santosh's driver a last and final warning and told him to continue the job.

The Conclusion:

No matter what the mistake, there is no greater punishment than repentance. Every human born is doing something wrong knowingly or not. When you know that you have done something wrong, you should correct it with repentance, but repeating the mistake done out of ignorance will not lead to a thorny path in life.
